科研概况:
目前研究工作聚焦于人工智能技术和中药研究的交叉融合,开发符合中药特色的新技术与新方法;计算机辅助药物靶标发现;基于靶点的中药活性分子的发现与设计等研究工作。基于生物、化学信息学和人工智能技术,开发了化合物半衰期预测模型,药物协同预测模型,以及组织特异性的药物靶标发现新工具FL-DTD等。近五年来,以(共同)第一或通讯作者在Briefings in Bioinformatics,Journal of Medicinal Chemistry,Phytomedicine,Advanced Science, Ultrasonics Sonochemistry等国际知名学术期刊发表研究论文。主持或作为骨干承担国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目,国家重点研发计划“中医药现代化”专项等。
