个人简介

  主要研究方向:1)药物代谢酶高通量分析方法的构建与应用及药物早期 ADME/T 相关研究。2)利用多组学技术分析肿瘤等代谢性疾病发生过程关键靶点,通过分子生物学和化学生物学技术开展靶点药物的筛选与药效评估。
