       研究方向:中药抗肿瘤药理与肿瘤发病机制

个人简介

       主要从事中药抗肿瘤药理与肿瘤发病分子机制研究,围绕“扶正祛邪”理论,发现一批极具应用潜力的中药抗肿瘤小分子化合物,并系统阐释了NFκB、STAT3和Wnt信号通路在结直肠癌发生发展中的持续性激活机制。目前主要从免疫调节等方面寻找抗肿瘤中药小分子药物,并解析其抗肿瘤的分子机制。

在Gastroenterology、Nature Communications、Cell Reports Medicine、Advanced Science、Intensive Care Medicine、PNAS、STTT、APSB等杂志发表SCI论文60余篇,总IF>600(平均IF>10),20篇IF>10,6篇封面,研究成果被Nature、Lancet和F1000等引用或专评。先后主持国家自然科学基金等课题和人才项目10余项,申请国内外专利15项,授权12项。担任Developmental Cell、Cell Reports Medicine、STTT、APSB等杂志审稿专家、中国工程院特聘评审专家、国家自然科学基金委评审专家、教育部学位办评审专家、中国科协科技人才奖项特聘专家、《生命的化学》编委会委员、中国生化学会生物技术专业委员会常务委员。先后荣获上海市东方英才拔尖人才、上海市浦东新区明珠计划领军人才、上海中医药大学珍宝岛讲座教授、赛诺菲-中国科学院上海生命科学研究院优秀青年科学家、上海中医药大学第四届“我心目中的好老师”等荣誉称号。
