个人简介
2006年11月于University of Alberta药学系获得生物药剂博士学位。在加拿大长期从事以美国FDA颁布的生物药剂分类系统(Biopharmaceutics Drug Classification System)框架下的新药研究与开发工作,为美国和加拿大药学会会员。主要研究方向为生物药剂学,系统生物学和新型释药系统,包括固体植入剂的研发、利用Caco-2细胞模型研究药物肠道吸收机制、利用计算机生物模型(In Silico)建立体内外相关性,预测口服药物体内的吸收和代谢过程,应用代谢组学及蛋白组学技术平台研究疲劳及药物抗疲劳机理。已建立完善的生物药剂学实验平台,所在实验室配备ICP-MS、UPLC-MS等多台大型分析仪器。与香港中文大学药剂学院院长左中教授课题组及University of Alberta新药研发与创新中心主任Raimar Löbenberg教授及生化系Richard Fahlman副教授建成稳定的合作平台,完成DMPK、代谢组学及毒性机制研究。已有两名博士分别作为交换生在香港中文大学和University of Alberta完成了访问学习。
