个人简介
主要从事基于生命多组学数据整合分析的疾病机理研究，基于人工智能技术的中药大数据知识图谱构建，以及基于多模态数据智能建模的中药药理研究。目前已在Nature genetics, BBA - Molecular Basis of Disease, Human Mutation, Plant Physiology, Journal of Experimental Botany, Bioinformatics, Nutrients, frontiers in microbiology等国际重要学术刊物发表了一系列论文，截至2022年，共发表科研论文40余篇，论文总影响因子超过200， 总引用次数超过2000次。先后主持国家自然科学基金等课题和人才项目6项。担任Bioinformatics, BMC Bioinformatics, Biochimica et Biophisica Acta-Proteins，Proteomics, Biochimica et Biophisica Acta-Molecular Basis of Disease 等国际学术期刊审稿专家。
